Plans for the 13.09-acre site, which is within the secured area of the airport and adjoins the taxiway, include a world-class private air terminal and hangar development. "The project upon total build-out will cover approximately 300,000 square feet at a cost of approximately $60 million,� said partner Robert Banovac.

The facility is to be developed by Rightpath and operated by Lux Air Jet Centers, an affiliate of the company.
